Our Goal: 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from Ideal Agencies, you may return it within the applicable time frame. Your purchase price will be refunded, exchanged or you will be issued a credit equal to your original purchase price.
14-Day Return Policy:
Computers, computer monitors and printers may only be returned with manufacturer’s original box and packing material.
30-Day Return Policy:
Unopened software must be returned within 30 days. Opened, defective software will be exchanged for the same title only. All other products may be returned for refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days.
Credit Card Purchases:
Purchases made by a credit card may only be exchanged or a credit issued to your account.
Returning a Product to Ideal Agencies:
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all customized and built-to-order items and customized furniture returned to Ideal Agencies undamaged.
Ideal Agencies items can also be returned to our offices but you must bring the packing slip, or email confirmation. You may obtain a copy of your email confirmation by emailing us at orders@goideal.com.
